So far, we have achieved what we have through a lot of hard work and not much money. (Amazingly, we have been going for almost ten years. The Jockey Club thought they would be finished building on the Kempton Park Estate years ago …) But we are now at a point where we have to instruct a lawyer to represent residents at the Examination in Public, where our new Local Plan will be scrutinised by a Planning Inspector. This is a highly legalistic process, and we need a legal mind to navigate through it.
